1श्रद्धालु एवं तीर्थ पुरोहित आचार संहिता
Panda Ji operates as a sacred facilitator connecting verified hereditary priests with devotees worldwide:
- Purohit Obligations: Registered priests must perform all rituals strictly according to Vedic traditions, arrive on time at designated pilgrimage ghats or temple complexes, and treat pilgrims with patience and devotion.
- Devotee Obligations: Devotees agree to furnish accurate gotra, nakshatra, and sankalp details, and adhere to temple decorum and dress codes during video calls or in-person ceremonies.
- Zero Tolerance for Coercion: Demanding unsolicited additional payments, threatening curses, or aggressive solicitation is strictly prohibited and results in immediate permanent blacklisting.
2पूजा बुकिंग, दक्षिणा एवं निरस्तीकरण नियम
All puja bookings and dakshina amounts are clearly itemized before confirmation. Dakshina paid through official platform channels is disbursed to the designated priest upon successful completion of the ritual and sankalp proof sharing.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to a scheduled puja are eligible for a 100% refund (minus standard payment gateway transaction fees).
Samagri Purchases: Once consecrated samagri has been prepared and sanctified specifically for your gotra, cancellation is not permissible.
3नियरफ्लो पावन प्रसाद एवं सामग्री वितरण
Prasad ordered through Panda Ji is sourced directly from temple sanctums following morning or evening bhog ceremonies. Prasad items are packed in vacuum-sealed food-grade packaging and dispatched via express logistics partners.
Perishable prasad sweets should be consumed within the recommended shelf-life indicated on the sacred box. Panda Ji is not liable for logistical delays caused by extreme weather conditions or local curfew events.
